About Dr. Hedberg

Dr. Nikolas Hedberg is a Board Certified Chiropractic Internist (only 200 chiropractors in the world have this training) practicing in the beautiful mountains of Asheville, NC. Dr. Hedberg uses a variety of state of the art diagnostic tests and natural medicines in his truly unique and holistic practice. He has a B.S. in Exercise Science from the University of Florida and he earned his Doctor of Chiropractic degree from Texas Chiropractic College.

Dr. Hedberg completed hospital rotations in the following specialties: family practice, internal medicine, endocrinology, gastroenterology, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, anesthesiology, orthopedic surgery and pain management.

What is a Chiropractic Internist? I Chiropractic Internist must complete a three year, 300-hour post doctoral course in internal diagnosis, family practice, medical diagnostics and laboratory assessments. We are uniquely qualified to assess and treat ailments within the human body by using the best in alternative therapies.
